Meet Attorney
Hong-min Jun

Attorney Hong-min Jun was born in South Korea and earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Indiana University School of Law in Indiana. He also holds Master's degrees in comparative law (MCL) from Indiana University School of Law and the Graduate School of Kyung Hee University in Seoul.

Attorney Jun is licensed to practice law in the states of Illinois and Indiana. He's been practicing various aspects of immigration law since 2005. Having personally gone through the U.S. immigration process to become a lawful permanent resident, he deeply understands the needs, dreams, and goals of his clients as they pursue success in the United States.

Experiences

Attorney Jun has assisted a diverse range of immigrant and foreign national groups with various objectives, including investors, students, families, employers, companies, churches, and employees. Notably, he has volunteered his time, knowledge, and experience as an attorney for numerous foreign student groups across the Midwest, including Korean Student Associations at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), Ohio State University (OSU), University of Wisconsin, Cincinnati University, Indiana University at Bloomington (IUB), Purdue University, and the University of Kentucky (UK). He has also served as a director of Relations for the Korean Scientists and Engineers of Indiana Chapter (KSEA-Indiana) and as a mentor for K Movement of the Korean Trading Agency in New York (KOTRA).

Attorney Jun has conducted various seminars at different venues upon request, covering topics such as changes in immigration laws and regulations, explanations of immigration options, including H1b, OPT, National Interest Waiver (NIW), Marriage Green Cards, E2, and more. His commitment to informing and assisting immigrants extends beyond immigration law and encompasses other areas such as personal matters, including Wills and Trusts, Divorce, Lease Agreements, DUI, and car accidents.
